As you may be aware MEDGroup is involved in some major changes within our business model.  Our urgent care and occupational business provided at 3 locations in Northeast Ohio is separating into 4 separate business models.  Our focus is to ensure our patients, clients and business associates receive the continuing medical services they have come to expect from us.  Summa Physicians Inc has acquired our Fairlawn location (including our Mobile & National divisions).  Summa Physicians Inc will continue providing urgent care and occupational health services under the new name "Summa Health System Urgent Care."

Summa Physicians Inc is not associated or affiliated with the remaining MEDGroup location in University Hts, Ohio.
